• Items with verified manufacturing defects.
• Items returned within 30 days of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Candles that have been used, burned, or melted (unless covered under our guarantee).
• Items damaged due to customer handling.
• Items returned outside of the 30-day return window.
